Wish Fulfillment Welcome back to the expanding universe of Fred Warmsley III. Mostly eschewing the harsher textures of previous Dedekind Cut releases, "Tahoe" is by turns reminiscent of the soft-focus atmospheres of classic 00's tape stable Ekhein and the high-gloss-finish aesthetics of Orange Milk. Its entirely exceptional ambience navigates protean moods and shreds any notion of its being mistaken for "wallpaper music." Favorite track: De-Civilization.
